onbar & ontape question

I have a weekly archive running to a tape drive via ontape. I do logical log backups dailiy to a tape robot via onbar. Let's say I want to do a level 0 restore from tape (via ontape). Can I then do a logical restore from the tape robot using onbar? Please copy to my email address if responding.
