Load data from Textfile

Hallo dear informix user! I'm a new informix user on Linux. Nice System and a nice database. I didn't studied all the manuals, so I have one question: I want to read data from a Textfile into a table inside the informix database. I've lpassed through the manuals but there was no hint! Please give me a short help. It is essential for using this database. thanks! If the "LOAD FROM" doesn't give you what you want, use the 'DBLOAD' command.
