On 7.3x you can check that time for each dbspace.
Probably the same on 7.2x
Just adjust datetime to your time zone.
select name,
l2date(created) created,
l2date(level0) level0,
datetime( 1970-01-01 00:00:00 ) year to second +
level0 units second level0_time
from sysdbstab;
With OnBar you can check also sysutils database
bar_action, bar_object tables.
