See, the news is not new news, it is old news. The stock had dropped to 9 when it was announced that they would have to re-state their earnings and then to 7 when the re-announced that they would have to lower their estimates and would be late in their 10-Q report, which triggered NASDAQ in starting the delisting proceedures. (Notice that I said *start*.) Rather than keep getting hit with new spins on old news, it makes sense to say, this is as bad as it is going to get. Now we can only go up.
