Through SQL could be:
database (dbname);
select tabname, constrname, obj.state
from sysobjstate obj, sysconstraints con, systables tab
where tab.tabid = con.tabid
and con.tabid = obj.tabid
I believe that dbschema also displays the status of an object with
constraints disabled.
