What are your PDQ settings? If they are set too high one session
could be consuming all system resources.

I am having a problem, and so far tech support has not found the answer,
so perhaps YOU have it :)
With only a handful of sessions running (~15), the Ready Queue (as shown
in onstat -g mgm) builds, with 1 session blocked on memory, and all
remaining sessions blocked on priority. I cannot figure out why these
sessions are piling up. BTW, if I remove any of these sessions, the
others are not affected.
Details: HP k-class, HP-UX 10.20, Online 7.22.UC2
