Some older version of 4gl needed "-fwritable-strings", too.

Better to copy it to $HOME/bin and edit it there and make sure that
$HOME/bin comes before $INFORMIXDIR/bin in your PATH.
*BEST* to just set INFORMIXC in /etc/profile or whereever you set
INFORMIXDIR so that everyone who needs it has it set.
