Newbie question : dbimport
Abdel Bidar's dbimport failed with error 330 and ISAM error 100, duplicate value for a unique key. Nebojsa Sevo first gave the dbimport -i syntax, then realised the database already existed. Helmut Leininger confirmed dbimport must create the database itself and it must not exist beforehand. Abdel had recreated the database with a script, dropped it manually, and the import worked. Solved.

Don't know if that is the problem, but syntax is:
dbimport database_name -i dbi_path
where dbi_path is path to directory where directory
database_name.exp
exists.

The documentation is the SQL Reference Guide.
The error message seems to say that the database already exists. The
database must not exist prior to the execution of dbimport as dbimport
creates the database itself.

Yes the problem is that after the export I tried to launch a specific
script that recreate the database and open it so as I tried to import in it
, I have all the messages . I droped the database manually and everything is
going well now.
