How do I tell what version of Informix we are running? I've been looking around and seen some products that support Informix 5 and Informix 7 ODBC. Though, I've scoured every directory on your HP-UX system (The /usr/informix ones) and cannot find anything that gives me a definite Version number. BTW, we don't have the manuals .. our Software Developer kept those for some reason .. guess they didn't want us to figure out how simple their database is afterall. I'm pretty sure we have several products of informix. Which of these installed release documents would be the "CORE" informix database engine? Am I going to need I-net and I-Connect to set-up ODBC drivers on a Windows95 System and connect Access97 or Visual FoxPro to our Informix Database? Regards, Ed
