Multi Threaded ESQL/C On HPUX 11.0 IDS 9.21.HC2-1

Has anyone had any luck compiling a multithreaded esql/c application on HP/UX 11? I am trying to compile a simple threadtest program, this is what I've got setup IDS 9.21.HC2-1 ESQL 9.40.UC3 THREADLIB=POSIX and I use esql -thread -static -o threadtest threadtest.ec -ld4r /usr/bin/ld: Unsatisfied symbols: finite (code) _iqfremoveall (code) collect2: ld returned 1 exit status asdf\\ to compile. And I get when I attempt to compile. Has anyone had this problem, or can they point me in the right direction? Thanks, Andrew

I don't have an HP box handy, but don't they use DCE?
