Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

We have a Web application we are developing using Informix 7.3.1 on HP UX
10 which uses stored procedures. Periodically, the stored procedures
stop working returning a sqlcode of 211 whhich indicates that the
database has trouble reading the system catalogue . Doing an onstat -k
reveals 79 exclusive locks on the sysprocplans table. Sysprocplans is an
iterna informix table used to optimize stored procedures.
Has anybody else had this problem? Any solution? What we've done is drop
and re create the suspect stored procedure
Thanks
ciao
