Visionary doesn't have any connection at all with NewEra. It doesn't even do similar things. Yes you can develop applications with it, but it's not done via regular programming. It's aimd at domain specialists to enable them to create their own solutions. So it's total crap to say that it will replace NewEra. The tool itself is interesting, but I know little about it.
