Time to install

Thanks to the few that gave their 2 cents for which version to upgrade to; now its time. I am on AIX 4.2.1 with IDS 7.30.UC7-1 moving to AIX 4.3.3 and IDS 2000 9.2.UC3. Hardware is IBM F50. We have a very similar development machine that we will be installing on first (several time) to make sure the steps are easily re-creatable. I know there is migration documentation, but is there anything that anyone has run into that may NOT be documented, or may be a best practice. Once again, thanks in advance.

Apparently a database auto-upgraded from 7.3x to 9.2x cannot be exported with dbexport. Native 9.2x databases do not have that problem. That is the only gotcha I know of. -- Art S.
