Fatal error in ADM VP at mt.c:14100

Hi, We have faced issue on almost of all instances after giving following error . 00:47:24 Fatal error in ADM VP at mt.c:14100 00:47:24 Unexpected virtual processor termination, pid = 5482, exit = 0x9 Kindly guide us what cause this issue ? We are using IDS 11.50FC8W3

It suggests the ADM VP process was killed with a signal 9... Either an administrative action or an automatic action from the OS. Do your OS administrators know something about it? I've seen it happen due to swap constraints etc. But in any situation where you have an assert fail you should open a PMR. Regards.
