Informix 12.10FC4 - Windows Server 2012 - Issues l

I have a client who is having issues connecting to a new Informix 12.10FC4 on Windows Server 2012 with domain users, they are getting -951 errors "Incorrect password or user is not known on the database server". Set the onconfig parameter "CHECKALLDOMAINSFORUSER 1 ", but that did not resolve the issue. The only way to be able to connect is to key the domain\\\\username then key the password which is not possible in the application, they only want to use username and password. Assigned "Log On Locally" for the domain users on the server. Are there other Windows 2012 server configuration that needs to be done. Any help is appreciated. Jeffrey J.
