Yup, the hint is in the lines at 14:40:13 in the log. Errno 28 is "No space left on device" and the create_vp is trying to allocate a new virtual shared memory segment and cannot. Onunload need some shared memory for its work and your current virtual segment does not have enough space left so the engine wants to allocate a new segment but the OS either has no more memory/swap to allocate ot the kernel configuration does not allow any more shared memory to be created. There is a kernel parameter that can limit the total amount of shared memory as well as a parameter to limit the number of shared memory handles avaiable. Check these things out.
