dropping a dbspace apparently empty (IOWS 7.20.UC2 )

I am trying to drop a dbspace on my IOWS 7.20.UC2 on a SCO Openserver 5.0.2:

the Admin guide says:
"Execute oncheck -pe to verify that no tables or log files are residing in
the
dbspace or blobspace."
