onstat -g con interpretation

IDS 7.30 FC7 on Tru64 4.0F
onstat -g con has been reporting threads waiting on drcb_bqe, logbf1,
logbf2.
Whilst I would guess this has something to do with waiting for HDR and
logical log buffers to be flushed to disk, I would appreciate any further
details anyone could give - or directions to the appropriate documentation.
Further, any suggestions for eliminating the waiting would be appreciated.
Output is below with the netnorm and sm_read waiters removed...
