Kind of. The Business Class Library, which lets you create graphs, is included in the recently-released NewEra 2.0. Of course it is in no way integrated into your development environment, has a few easy-to-find bugs, and will not work if you compile to P-Code, but apart from that... Your other obvious option might be to upgrade to a more recent version of HyperScript tools, now that it's been sold to a third party.
