rollback committed transactions

One of hour guys deleted by mistake just a couple of records from database (IDS9.40). We do not want to restore the back up as it would create more problems. Is there a way to rrollback only records in a table ? Thanks a lot

gentian once the record is committed it is committed and the only way to undo the work would be from some sort of archive depending on the version of IDS you are running you may want to investigate if youc an restore the missing information using a table level restore. This would have less impact than a restore of the whole database. if its only just a couple of records it may be easier just to re enter them manually!
