HI,
A customer use IDS10.0fc9, sometimes the application report -408 error.
they want to use " onmode -I 408 " to capture the AF file. Do anybody know
whether it has risk for other running transaction with DUMPSHMEM=0 when the
application raise -408 error?
thanks for your time.
Hello.
There is absolutely no problem, since the code is already generating the
errors, the only change will be the af file logging on disk.
Since dump of shm is disabled, there could be no issues regarding the debug
process. Just remember to turn it off, right after some af files, in order to
stop the process.
Regards.
