RE: KAIO: out of OS resources

Are you running on AIX? If so, this is a known bug. My understanding is: It will be addressed in a future IDS 7.3x release. We recently encountered the problem with SAP/R3. SAP's (Informix) support staff recommended that we disable KAIO to avoid the error. I recall that previous discussion of this error indicated it did not causing Informix processing to fail. It was just a performance related issue.
