Problems creating runner using GCC on SCO

Hi all!
I'm using SCO OpenServer 5.0 and IDS 7.30. I'm getting the following messages while running findlib.sh prior to create the runner

The following error occured:

gcc: installation problem, cannot exec as: No such file or directory
gcc: file path prefix `/disco/d4glgcc/lib/' never used

Please, check your "esql" shell script:
- if the PATH to access the development tools ( C compiler, linker...)
is correct.
- if the definition of CC is not hard coded into the shell on a wrong

If you have any idea of how can I solve this problem, let me know it?
