Pimple. This file contains functions to do just what is requested, although it is limited to amounts under $1,000,000.00 ! This file is available in the software library of the Informix User's Group of Colorado. I am told this library is available at the Emory University ftp site, although I have not looked there and do not know the exact path. Once again, the file name is "money.4gl".
