Error found!
There seems to be a memory-leak in the
nvl-function!
Running this script resulted in an enormous
increase in shared memory usage (virtual segments).
Dropping off the nvl solved the problem.

insert into t1 values(3);
drop procedure test;
create procedure test()
define p_s1 integer;
define i integer;
for i = 1 to 1000000
