JDBC and JDK1.3RC1

I am having trouble running my application. Hi Ashish, This was a problem in JDBC 2.0 which tested to see if you were using JDK 1.2.x or later and threw an exception if it did not work - unfortunately it also failed for versions of the JDK later than 1.2.x as well (i.e. != 1.2.x rather than < 1.2.x ;-). This has been fixed in JDBC 2.10JC1 which is available from Intraware. Go to http://www.intraware.com/informix and click on the [11-20] link for "By Product List" and then go to the Informix JDBC Driver link. From there click on the "Free Download" link and grab the JDBC 2.10JC1 version that is there (you will get prompted to login to Intraware somewhere along the line...). HTH ben.
