WGS 7.x STORED PROCEDURES DO HAVE A POOR PERFORMANCE VS ON LINE 5.x?

Dear INFORMIX customers:
We did successfully installed INFORMIX WGS 7.x in a OPEN SERVER,
COMPAQ PROLIANT 3000, 1 CPU, 128 MB RAM., two disks (4 physical disks in
a redundant internal disk array):
Disk 1- O.S., INFORMIX engine and programs.
Disk 2- INFORMIX DB on raw UNIX partitions..
Overall database performance (DB updates, inserts, triggers
procedures, and son on) is better in WGS 7.x (Using raw devices) than it
was in the previous version ON LINE 5.x (Using cooked devices).
However, STORED PROCEDURES performance is around 5 times poorer in WGS
7.x than it was in ON LINE 5.x: How is it possible? Is there any
workaround? Did I mismatch INFORMIX or O.S. parameters?
Attached:
1- ambiente_pro1(.txt) = Environment variables
2- onconfig_pro1(.txt) = Production configuration file:
$INFORMIXDIR/etc/onconfig_pro1.
3- sqlhosts(.txt) = $INFORMIXDIR/sqlhosts
Notes:
1- /etc/services is configured in accordance with
$INFORMIXDIR/sqlhosts
2- DB is in a raw UNIX device.
3- We have a limited number of concurrent users: (10 to 15).
4- Kernel was configured in accordance with
$INFORMIXDIR/releases (But I can give it to you if necessary).
5- There are two INFORMIX WGS instances running, however,
bringing one instance down does NOT improve STORED PROCEDURES
performance (Nor overall performance, to be honest).
6- Users access database trough dumb UNIX terminals.
PLEASE HELP!!!
