Big Time. We here in Seattle, WA. Have about the same problem. Double billings, wrong serial numbers, etc. etc. etc. Always some reason I can't use the support we are paying for (with Gov. tax dollars no less). I have been around Informix products off and on for almost 10 years now in both government and as a contractor and this has just become a problem. I love Informix products (then again I love UNIX also) and would never change my career path, but it has been a big pain lately. What gives? >---------- >From: Susan Elliott (ISG)[SMTP:SusanE@fclcis.co.nz] >Sent: Tuesday, May 05, 1998 10:42 PM >To: 'Informix Mailing List' >Subject: RE: Informix Support? > >I have to also agree, that the support that I get from the Aussy office >is pretty good. >Suze >>Information Services Group >* susane@fclcis.co.nz > > >>---------- >>From: >> david.ashby@workcover.nsw.gov.au[SMTP:david.ashby@workcover.nsw.gov.au] >>Sent: Wednesday, 6 May 1998 13:48 >>To: informix-list@iiug.org >>Subject: Re: Informix Support? >> >> >> Joe, >> >> I never have any problems here in Australia.
