Makefile - ESQL-C Error

Help!! I am migrating users who were using Informix 4.X under SUN OS 4.1.3 to another server running Informix 7.X under Solaris 2.6. When I tried to recompile the Makefile, I got the error show below. Can anyone steer me in the right direction to fix this. Please e-mail me directly.
