I.Reach unstable

Hello! Thanks to everybody for input for RAID50 question. Now, I'm trying to make a use of i.Reach. It works quite nice, but...it dies every 20 minutes. I get a bunch of waiting users at IUS side and a WAITING status in webdrv.log file. Nothing moves. Only exit is to restart a server.(I mean, computer) Does anybody have some experience with i.Reach?
