The "Last Parsed SQL statement" is the last statement sent to the database server for parsing (syntax checking etc.) The "Current SQL statement" is the one currently running. The "Current SQL statement" is more useful if you are tracking performance issues. If your code PREPAREs SQL statements at the top of your code and then reuses them, then the "Last Parsed SQL statement" probably has little meaning.
