Job Postings

Dear All, I though seeings how the last thread on this subject is 2 years old and people come and go I would start a new one. What are peoples opinions about jobs postings in this ng? My order of preference regarding jobs postings is: 1. Informix jobs postings that include remuneration and company/location 2. Informix jobs postings that include remuneration. 3. Informix jobs postings that include company/location. 4. Informix job postings that just say the level of experience/location etc but no renumeration or company 5. Non-Informix RDBMS jobs 6. Non-RDBMS jobs I would not die if points 3 and down were elimated from the group. Points 1 and 2 I think are important to keep pace with the worth and location of Informix professionals. It also helps me when I have a remuneration review to see what others are getting. I could tolerate points 3 and 4 for the good of all. Point 5 might have some value if it included the remuneration and company/location. Point 6 type postings are wasting valuable electrons that could be used for something better. Any other ideas? I am also willing to volunteer my time to help clean up the ng by sending polite e-mails to jobs posters explaining what we decided in this group if they violate it. If I was specifically looking for a job I would use the jobs newsgroups (though I think the newspapers, at least in Australia, are more usefull for this).
