DBMS Licensing for WEB use...

Hi everyone, I am new to this group.. Pl. HELP! We are doing little research on the way different DBMS Vendors charge for Licensing of DB Engine for WEB Use. What I mean by WEB use is, if the DB Engine is used to store Content for a WEB Site and WEB Server accessing DB engine to generate WEB Pages (either using CGI or web.sql or anyother) I am particularly looking for input on how major vendors do it: Like Sybase, Oracle, Informix, db2 ingress .....
