No there are no buttons except the once from the menues. You might be able to display someting in a rectangle (a assume that's what you mean by a quadrangular area) by defining several screen fields under each other and use wordwrap if that is available in this version. If you are using 4gl for character based user interfaces I don't understand your question about buttons. Displaying longer descriptions in rectangles can be done using wordwrapped screen fields. Otherwise there are also utilities available, even text editors, that does this reasonably well. If you are programmin in a GUI you might want to look into NewEra or other tools.
