I am also looking similar to this scenario. That is how to find sessions which
are using more system resources?
Here are few sample output based on instruction in your post:

You can query the syssessions and sysrstcb tables in sysmaster to map the
SID, TID and PID:
select
r.sid,
r.tid,
s.pid
from sysrstcb r, syssessions s
where s.sid = r.sid;
You can also join to systcblst if you want to see the CPU time consumed by a
session, which is kind of handy.

since 11.50 there is also an onstat available for that purpose - onstat -g cpu
