Onarchive questions

I am using informix on RS6000. Please could someone tell me where to look for this information. Q1. When using onarchive for some tapes, this message shown "ARC-E-01322, Error reading the ANSI volume label.", according to manual option P (process) should be enter, but no such option. ??? ********* Message ***** Onarchive> execute /request=10 Executing...
