It should include %INFORMIXDIR%/bin Maybe you need a restart... maybe the %INFORMIXDIR%/bin component is near the end of a long PATH (seen this before in MS IIS). Try to investigate this... start by puting it in the begining of the PATH. Regards.

I may have confuse the issues... my answer relates to another error: "Cannot load translation library". In your case you may have the INFORMIXDIR variable incorrectly set. Check the environment and your SetNet32 program. Also... do you have a "strange" locale on your PC? Regards.
