A number of things can go wrong in a I4gl program that will cause it to crash, like, for example, a form might not exist. Yet RDS doesn't check at load time for the existence of all forms. Why then is it so necessary to check for the existence of all functions at load time (every time). I agree it would be nice to be able to turn off the check to speed things up. That way you could check a program before putting it into production at which time all checks would be turned off. Checking at every load time is a bit redundant. Could this not be checked at program compile time, like the compiler version? > > You can decide to make it a feature request. I don't think anything > will happen, though. It would also be nice to turn on a forms check... :) ----------------------------------------------------------- John H.
