Shahid see if you swap space inthis machine it's
bigger than the real memory for example if your system
has 512 k of real memory , you better see if your swap
space it's almost 3 times your real memory in the
hardware , if is not then increase the size of the
swap space , and then just watch.
Sometimes if the machine has to many process each
of this process claims certain amount of memory and
the oninit need's memory too but if the informix
need's more memory and the system does not have
nothing left and can't swap some process to free
memory , this provocates the RDBM to panic and comes
down , i don't know if this is your case , but in my
experience i seen the same messages in the log and i
solve it like i told you
