This would only be true of the first partition on the disk. Looks like Knut is using
the s6 partition for his raw device, so there shouldn't be any issues with a disk
label (unless, of course, he has defined s6 as starting at the beginning of the
disk).

According to this page header, the page contains all null data - there aren't even
any traces of a page header.
You DO know that you have to initialize the system first, don't you? I.e. run either
oninit -i or use onmonitor->parameters->initialize. It looks to me like this systemwas never initialized.
