Would you be so kind as to offer us some insight into which platform you
are running on, which version of IDS you are running into the trouble
with, and exactly how big the file is when you start running into
trouble. (The only interesting size is around the 2GB mark; if it is
less than that, or already much larger than that, then the size is of
less relevance.) How do you know that the data in the file is corrupted
and not the data in the database?
Without that sort of information, there is nothing much anyone can do to
help you.
