After testing it to see what the basic setup was like they just decided it was too broken to bother customizing and went back to using the package we'd built in-house. They ended up turning things over to the lawyer-types to try and get some of their money back. I think the only reason they wanted to try something different was because the new CFO wanted a 'product' rather than something we 'threw together' ourselves. Ahhh.
