Convert existing INFORMIX 10.x Database from en_US.819 to en_US.utf8

Hi: Calling ALL INFORMIX GURUS, how could I convert existing massive database of close to 25 Million rows which is sitting as en_US.819 to en_US.utf8 without export and import again. Any help on this is greatly appreciated and THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ALL Rgds Anand

Thanks, actually current database does contain only english character set and I am planning to get non-english single byte character set, I am just seeing looking at the huge data set, any quick win instead of export / import.
