I'm trying to install the new 32 bit ODBC driver for Informix on a PC running Windows 95. During the data sources setup phase the driver display a dialog that say something like "You are low on memory. Quit some applications...." The documentation of the driver alert that this could happen if the appropriate ISQLI501.DLL is not in the path. Obviously on my machine such DLL exist and it's in the path. I'm using the 16 bit version of INET. Intersolv told me that the 32 bit version of INET is required in order to run Datadirect, but Informix (the Italian subsidiary I talked to) say that such release is not yet available !!! I'm wondering if Datadirect really require 32 bit INET and if not, how to correctly configure the driver. Anyone had the same experience ??? P.S. The 16 bit version of ODBC driver for Informix works fine in Windows 95.
