Perl/INFORMIX help needed

I've tried very faithfully, to no avail, to get assistance from the comp.lang.perl group regarding this issue; I thought, perhaps, someone in the mailing-list here might be able to offer some assistance. There is a way to combine the PERL language program with your own custom libraries. Implementations of Sybex/Perl and Oracle/Perl exist... I am wondering if anyone out there has been successful at creating an INFORMIX/Perl (infoperl) program. IF SO, please send me instructions on how to do this. Thank you in advance.
