I thought it was how Baan was designed! :-) I still like the phrase used by one Spanish poster on this list; "This Baan code is a shit!" You need to determine where the delay is, in the database, in the transfer (network?) or in the Baan code. If you've tuned the database server and you haven't seen any network problems, then you probably have it nailed.
