You can use the query option to compose and execute a DDL script also,
or just use the command line:
dbaccess mydatabase
<QUERY><CHOOSE>mytable_ddl<RUN> (to execute the script: mytable_ddl.sql)
or
dbaccess mydatabase mytable_ddl (this will stop on errors)
or
dbaccess mydatabase - <mytable_ddl.sql (this will continue past errors)
Add a '-e' option before the database name to echo inputs to the output
stream.
In dbaccess <Query-language> you can use the built in editor or choose
the <Use-editor> option to create/modify your scripts in your favorite
editor (uses the DBEDITOR or EDITOR environment variables to specify).
