ODS/Solaris2.6/disk farms

Greetings, I am in the planning stages for an install of ODS 7.23.UC5 on a SUN/Solaris 2.6 server that is connected to a disk farm. This disk farm has 18 physical disks of 9G each. I'm not sure what software is managing the disk's...but I believe it is Solstice. We are also planning on replicating this system to another identical system with Informix's Enterprise Replication and Sun's HA (High Availability) software. Any issue's or gotcha's that I might want to be concerned with?? I am not to familiar with "disk farms" or Solaris 2.6 and would like to avoid any unnecessary ugliness!
