The best solution is to upgrade to 4.12.UE1 or 6.00.UE1. The next best solution is to give up now, while you still have some hair and sanity left. Other than that, read release notes and studiously avoid all those dodgy constructs that are documented as leading to the problem. It was a bug in the product, not in your code.
