Why Am I Getting This???
Not a technical Informix issue: a poster on the IIUG ids mailing list complained that every time he posted, he received a French-language reply he couldn't understand. Several members explained it was simply a list subscriber's (Franck Abelli's) vacation "out of office" auto-responder firing back at list traffic, and that posts were still going through normally. One member recounted being unsubscribed in the past for a similar auto-reply loop. No action or fix beyond that explanation is recorded.

I remember when I was still kind of new on the IIUG group, and I also set my Out of Office reply. But what happened was, I would get a mail, Outlook would bounce it back to IIUG, which in turn would forward it to me again, which in turn bounced back again .......
